Turn in W-9 or W-8BEN Forms to Ensure You Receive Checks

Each year we have numerous people who fail to fill out their tax forms. For anyone residing in the US, this is the W-9 form we send in distributor kits. For anyone residing outside the US, we also include a W-8BEN form that needs to be filled out by distributors. You can find a copy in our Printable Downloads section on our Web site. We encourage distributors to support their downline in getting these forms sent in if they haven't. This ensures that they will receive a compensation check in the mail for their efforts. If you or anyone else in your downline is not certain they have sent us their tax forms, it's best that you just send them to us again. It can't hurt to send them twice.

Get Qualified for Bonus Checks

"It is very important to make sure that you are qualified to receive bonuses at the time you sign up and coach new distributors in your organization. My advice is once you have signed and coached your new distributor or customer that you log into your Business Office from your SendOutCards main menu and make sure you have two active customers and $30 in personal volume (PV). If you do this, then there will be no doubt that you are qualified to receive bonuses."
