Important SOC Feature Streamlined for Quicker Communication

Interacting with your downline is an essential part of building your SendOutCards team, and we’re on a mission to make this as simple and streamlined as we can.

Before, you were able to send downline e-mails and pull up a list of your organization through a several step process, after going to “Management Tools” and then clicking on "Distributors/Customers.” Now, after a few enhancements to this tool, you’ll be presented with three options that you can now perform in fewer steps. We even have a quick tutorial on each below. Keep in mind that these enhancements were not made to the beta version of the card editor.

Option 1: Pulling up List Reports from Your Encoded Downline

• Click the “View List” option.

• Search for specific people in your downline using the fields provided.

• You can also search distributors, customers, time-periods, or pull up a list of your entire organization.

• Click “Submit Search” and a report will load using the parameters you’ve selected.

Option 2: Sending E-mails to Your Encoded Downline

• Click the “Send an E-mail” option.

• As explained above, fill in the parameters and click “Submit Search.”

• Instead of a list pulling up, you will arrive at a screen where you can create an e-mail (subject & body), write your message, and click “Send E-mail” when finished.
  

• The message will go out to everyone in the parameters you’ve selected. You’ll also notice a box with the text “Include all subscribers as recipients” next to it. Other SendOutCards users are able to subscribe to your mailing list and after checking this box they, too, will receive your message.

Options 3: Sending Campaigns to Your Encoded Downline

• Click the “Send Campaign” option and select an already-created campaign to send.

• Once again, select your parameters and click “Submit Search.”

• After your search is performed, you will arrive at a campaign confirmation page where we will display the number of individuals who will be receiving the campaign and how much it will cost in both points and expense.

• Click "Yes" to send your campaign.

Subscribing to a Mailing List

As we mentioned above, you are able to have others subscribe to your mailing list, and you have the option to subscribe to the mailing lists of others. This can be done in by logging into your account and going to “Edit Personal Information” on the right hand side of the screen.

On the Edit Personal Information screen, towards the bottom, will be a field where you can insert the Distributor ID of the personal whose e-mails you would like to subscribe to. You can also have others do the same to subscribe to your mailing list.
