Gift Account Status

We've recently improved the interface in the contact manager, allowing you to view the date that a gift account was created for each contact. In addition, there is now a color-coded system that helps you view whether a gift account is currently active (blue), inactive (red), or if someone has upgraded to a SendOutCards account (also colored blue).
