I have used SOC as therapy for my friends and family affected by the loss of my brother, Todd, who committed suicide. I write poetry and have been able to express my feelings about this terrible loss through SOC, using pictures of Todd. Many people who have received the cards with poems and pictures have thanked me for helping them cope with this loss. They all say that I write what they are feeling, as we're all feeling the same pain. Through SOC, I've been able to express myself which has been my therapy, and I have helped others by sharing it with them. SOC has been a great aid in helping me and others that knew Todd.
