When you are sending any card from our catalog, you can go to the "Gift" section of the card editor and select "Daily 8 Tools," and you'll find the Opportunity DVD in there. <br /><br />Just select that as a gift, and click "send" like any other card. If our customer support representatives are unable to answer a question, we always suggest that you ask for a supervisor. <BR/><BR/>In your case, since you've spoken to a supervisor as well, you'll want to ask for an Assistant Manager, and if for some reason an Assistant Manager is unable to assist you, then you'd be directed to a Manager who would personally research the situation for you. I can't seem to get to the right people to answer this question. It's not been answered sufficiently by customer service (2 associates and a supervisor)- who can help with this?
